This piece was designed, carved and printed by Gabriel Khalife on handmade natural white 110 gsm paper. Prints are individually numbered in a limited series of 50 and come carefully packaged, without frame.

Each print is unique, textured, and may, though carefully selected, show slight variations in ink thickness and colouration due to a hand press being used. The size of the paper may also vary minimally due to it being handmade. Embracing imperfections is part of what makes traditional prints so rewarding. Lino prints are a breath of fresh air in the age of digital printmaking and offer an affordable alternative to would-be art collectors in lieu of more expensive originals such as paintings or drawings. The iterative nature of print production, manifested in each physical step of making, is palpable on the page; an art of process, care and close attention.
